Our Leadership Team
Christopher J. York
Christopher J. York is one of the most successful entrepreneurs in the Specialty/Home Infusion market. During his 27-year career he has held senior leadership positions in large national companies and has built and consolidated three market leading Specialty Infusion providers. Most recently he built SCP Specialty Infusion, which was acquired by Axelacare Health Solutions, a large nationwide provider of infusion services. Subsequently, Mr. York has served on the Board of Directors of Axelacare.
Jerry C. Ruddle
President and Chief Executive Officer
Following an early career in biomedical engineering/technology transfer with NASA, Mr. Ruddle enjoyed a career building and leading a number of new medical device and diagnostic businesses in critical care, cardiology, and resuscitation for the Hewlett Packard Medical Products Group, serving customer needs in the global hospital, non-hospital, transport and military markets. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Ruddle has built and led several market-leading venture-backed technology companies delivering innovations in the biometric security, advanced materials and government healthcare services markets.
Mark H. Goran
Senior Corporate Attorney and Shareholder, Polsinelli LLC.
Mr. Goran joined the TurnPoint Board October 2017. His legal practice centers on transactional matters focused in the health care industry, health care services, infusion therapy, specialty pharmacies, hospitals and health systems, post-acute care providers and private company transactions.
R. Douglas Hulse
Mr. Hulse joined the TurnPoint Board in December 2015. Doug has over 40 years’ experience in building new businesses in the biomedical and chemical process industries as operating management or in senior advisory positions. Presently Mr. Hulse is Chief Executive Officer, BCI LifeSciences, a prominent advisory firm to biopharmaceutical and medical device companies. Mr. Hulse’s prior positions include being a founder and Executive Director of The Sage Group, and a founder and CEO of several healthcare and environmental companies, key among them was i-Stat Corporation, sold later to Abbott Labs for nearly $400 million. He was also VP of Business Development for Enzon, a public biotech drug delivery company, President and CEO of Hemispherx Biopharma, a public biotechnology company and and a Vice President at Engelhard Industries, the large precious metals firm.
Vice President, Product Management
With over 30 years of engineering and management experience in product development and program management, including the successful Alaris infusion pump system, Paul joined the TurnPoint team early on to help lead the Product Management group. Mr. Dewey has also provided product and program management with several medical device companies including those focusing on hemotherapy, neurology and wireless patient monitoring.
Vice President, Quality Management Systems
Mr. Lindahl brings numerous successes in startups, with leading engineering management experience in development and regulatory process for several medical systems companies. Marc led development, implementation and audit of Quality Management Systems for his health systems company acquired by GE Medical.
Harriet L. Donnelly
Vice President Marketing and Communications
A former executive at AT&T and the founder and CEO of e5 Marketing, Inc., Mrs. Donnelly brings over 35 years of marketing and communications leadership to TurnPoint. From strategic planning and product/service launches to ongoing market planning and communications, she has worked with dozens of start-up companies, as well as equally as many US and International corporations, providing demonstrated marketing results along with the ability to understand both client and end-user needs.
Special Advisor, Sales and Strategic Relations
Richard F. Worthen has over 15 years leading Sales and Marketing teams at MSD (Medical Specialties Distributors – the leading distributor of infusion products to the home infusion market). Previously, as the EVP of Sales with MSD, Mr. Worthen led the growth of infusion products business tenfold. Richard’s leadership experience also includes sales and marketing management roles with J&J Healthcare and C.R. Bard.
